摘要
本文介绍了用褐铁矿生产优质烧结矿的方法,通过褐铁矿成矿机理、工艺制度的研究,找到了以针状铁酸钙为主要粘结相的优质烧结矿的工艺参数和操作制度。在提出的工艺条件下达到了烧结利用系数1.73t/m^2·h、固体燃耗66kg焦粉/t烧结矿、烧结矿转鼓强度68.67%(ISO标准)、还原性83.4%、低温还原粉化率12.12%的良好烧结技术经济指标。
This paper presents the technique for production of high-quality sinters from limonite. Based on the results from the investigation of mechanism of mineralization and heat pattern of limonite sintering, the proper process parameters and operation conditions for production of limonite sinters with the needle-like calcium ferrito as main bonding phase were determined with the proposed operation conditions, satisfactory technico-economie indices were gained: productivity 1.73t/m^2. h, solid fuel (coke breez) comsumption 66kg/ts, ISO tumbler index 68.67%, reducibility 83.4%, RDI 12.12%.
