PACS影像数据存储分发管理机制的研究 被引量:13

摘要 随着存储设备和网络性能的提高 ,面向全院的PACS越来越受到关注。影像数据量大 ,集中存储已不能满足应用的要求。本文提出一种在全院范围内快速展现病人检查影像的分布存储方法 :在中心服务器上 ,存储影像数据的全集 ;在诊断工作站和临床工作站上 ,存储影像数据的部分集。病人的检查影像由分中心服务器依病人检查申请单的开单科室转发到相应的分发服务器 ,分发服务器对接收到的检查影像全部分发给管辖的诊断工作站和临床工作站 ,工作站上存储所有收到的检查影像。 With the increasing improvement of storage equipment and network performance,the whole hospital PACS is being attached more and more importance.Facing with a mass of image data in the PACS,the centralized-storage is not adapted to the demands of the practical application.Our study puts faraway a distributed storage approach which can rapidly display examinating image of patients:total collection of image data is stored in the central server.In diagnostic workstation and clinical workstation partial collection of image data is stored.Examinating image of a patient is sent from a sub-central server according to the application for examination required by a certain section office to a correˉsponding distributive server,then the distributive server receiving examinatimg image of the patient distributes all of them to diagnostic workstation and clinical workstation dominated by it,and finally workstation store all received exˉaminating image.This study provides a system framework to fulfill the distributed storage.
