摘要
目的 对放射工作人员的辐射防护进行监测。 方法 对全市县、区级医院及相关单位的 387名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体采用微量全血培养法及微核采用甲基纤维素法进行了检查。 结果 387名放射工作人员染色体平均畸变率、检出率分别为 0 .0 4 8%和 3.92 % ;染色体平均畸变低于正常值 0 .14 % [1 ,2 ] ;平均微核率、检出率分别为0 .4 2 4‰和 2 3.5 1% ,平均微核率在正常范围 (0~ 3‰ ) [1 ,2 ] 之内 ;染色体畸变率和微核率都明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义。不同工种、工龄、性别的放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率均无显著性差异。 结论 放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率高于正常人群 。
Objective To monitor the radiation protection of the radiological workers. Methods For 387 radiologists who worked in radiological departments of city, country,and region level hospitals and relative units in Zhengjiang, the chromosome aberrations and the rate of micronuclei in peripheral lymphocytes was examined. Result The average of chromosome aberrations and the detection-out rate were 0.048% and 3.92%, the former was lower than the normal value(0.14%). The average rate of micronucleus cells and the detection-out rate were 0.424‰ and 23.51%, the former is also lower than the normal values(0~3‰).The rates of chormosome aberrations and micronuclei were significantly higher than those of contrast, and there was no significant difference in occupation, age of standing radiation work and gender. Conclusion It was suggested that radiation protection of radiological workers should be strengthened.
