宫腔镜在子宫异常出血中的应用

The Appliance of Hysteroscope in Abnormal Endometrorrhagia

目的 评估宫腔镜检查在子宫异常出血中的作用及重要性。 方法 对 10 3例子宫异常出血的患者行宫腔镜检查诊断或 /和诊刮组织送病理组织学检查 ,最后将两诊断结果与临床结果比较分析。 结果 宫腔镜诊断与病理学诊断完全符合 98例 ,符合率 95 .15 % ,高于临床诊断的符合率 (70 .87% ) (P<0 .0 1)。

Objective To assess the importance of uteroscope's utilizaion in abnormal endometrorrhagia. Methods 103 patients of abnormal endometrorrhagia were divided into 2 groups. One group is diagnosed by uteroscope and the other is diagnosed by biopsy. Compare the two groups' diagnosis with clinical diagnosis, and analyze the rate of coincidence. Result In uteroscope group, 98 cases' uteroscopic diagnosis coincided with the biopsy, with a coincidence rate of 95.15%(P<0.01),and a higher coincidence rate of 70.87% than clinical diagnosis. Conclusion Uteroscope should be used as a useful method in diagnosis of abnormal endometrorrhagia.
