摘要
本文对宝钢2号烧结机点火炉烘炉、热负荷试运转及六个月的生产实践进行了总结,分析了存在的问题并提出了今后的努力方向。
This paper summerized the dryout process of ignition furnace, the hot test run of sinter machine and the performance of the new sinter plant in the first six months since its commisioning in Baoshan I&S Complex. Some ploblems encountered during the starting period were analysed, and the ways to improve the sinterlng production in the future were indicated as well.
