在医疗市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下 ,为了使医院经营决策者与管理者能够在市场竞争中准确找到自己的位置 ,更好地适应市场 ,不断提高自身的社会效益、技术效益和经济效益。本文从经营与管理的概念、医院经营的特征、经营与管理之间的联系。
The author put forward viewpoints on definition of hospital operation management, behavior of hospital operation, relationship and discrimination between operation and management to help the hospital decision-maker and manager finding their positions accurately and adapting the market perfectly while competition in medical market becomes more and more fiercely.
