医疗服务资产经营“托管制”在无锡的试行与效果

A trial implementation of "trusteeship" of medical service/assets management and its achievements

无锡市卫生局根据市政府批转的8部门制订的《关于市属医院实写医疗服务资产经营委托管理目标责任制的意见》,组织实施“医疗服务、资产经营委托管理责任制”的试点,并在市属9家医院中全面实施,通过两年的实践,取得了一定成效。

According to the 《Suggestions on Target Responsibility for Trusteeship Management of Assets for Medical Services in Hospitals in the City》worked out by 8 sectors and circulated by City Government, the Health Bureau of Wuxi City organized a trial implementation on 'trusteeship' of medical service/assets management, and that was fully implemented in 9 hospitals in the city, after 2-year practical implementation, some achievements were obtained.
