摘要
分析了医疗纠纷的主观成因和客观成因,论述了医患沟通在防范医疗纠纷中的积极作用。指出加强医患沟通可增加病人对医务人员的信任,取得病人最大限度的配合,使很多医疗纠纷消灭在萌芽状态。
The article analyses the objective and subjective causes of medical disputes and discuses the active role of communication between medical providers and patients in preventing medical disputes. It also points out that to strengthen communication between medical providers and patients can enhance the patients' confidence towards medical providers, and can obtain the best cooperation from patients, as a result, many medical disputes disappear in the embryonic stage.
