摘要
目的探讨高原 (海拔约 2 85 0m)与平原 (海拔约 4 0 0m)环境下完全睡眠剥夺对人体血压和心率变化的影响。方法在完全睡眠剥夺条件下 ,分别在高原与平原对 1 5名被试者 (高原7名 ,平原 8名 )于间隔为 6h的 8个时间点进行血压和心率测量。结果高原被试的血压和心率与平原的相比 ,除收缩压在时间点 3(第 1天晚间 2 1 :30 / 2 0 :30 )、时间点 5 (第 2天上午 9:30 / 8:30 )和时间点 8(第 3天凌晨 0 3:30 / 0 2 :30 )存在显著性差异外 ,其余均不存在显著性差异。结论中等海拔高度约 2 85 0m的高原 ,在只进行轻体力劳动的条件下 ,4
Objective To explore the effect of 48 h complete sleep deprivation(SD) on human blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR) at altitude (about 2 850 m) and plain (about 400 m). Methods 15 healthy male subjects(altitude: 8, plain:7) underwent complete sleep deprivation, during which BP and HR were measured with 6 h interval. Results The BP and HR of altitude group were not significantly different from those of plain group except systolic pressure at time point 3(1 st day 21:30/20:30),time point 5(2nd day 9:30/8:30), and time point 8(3rd day 03:30/02:30)(P<0.05) Conclusion Under mild physical labor, the effect of 48 h complete sleep deprivation on BP and HR of subjects at medium altitude were similar to those at plain.
