Treatment of Bony Nonunion of Extremities by Vascularized Iliac Butterfly-shape Periosteum Graft with a Deep Circumflexa Ilium Vessel

目的 探讨四肢骨不连的治疗方法及疗效。方法 30例骨不连者采用髂骨—蝶形骨膜瓣复合移植结合坚强内、外固定。结果 术后经1～2年随访,全部达到骨性愈合,其中1例股骨头坏死,1例股骨颈短缩愈合。临近关节功能恢复满意。结论 带旋髂深血管髂骨—蝶形骨膜瓣复合移植治疗骨不连方法可靠,疗效肯定。

Objective To discuss the method and results of treatment of bony nonunion. Methods Thirty cases of bony nonuion of extremities were treated by vascularized iliac-butterfly shape periosteum graft with deep circumflexa ilium combined 'with strong internal fixation or external fixation. Results By 1 - 2 year follow- up, 30 cases had healed with satisfactory function of the recent joint, except 1 case suffured femoral head necrosis and 1 case femoral neck shorten. Conclusion Treatment of bony nonunion of extremities by vascularized iliac-butterfly shape periosteum grafts by deep circumflexa ilium vessel is an ideal method and its effect is satisfactory.
