摘要
在山东青州以茄子为试验寄主 ,丁硫克百威 1 0g(a i ) 667m2 、灭蚜威 1 5g(a i ) 667m2 、速灭威1 2 5g(a i ) 667m2 、扑蚜威 1 2 5g(a i ) 667m2 对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫药后 3~ 7d校正防效分别为 91 1 3 %~ 91 1 4% ,89 66%~ 91 66% ,89 2 9%~ 91 3 6% ,87 82 %~ 88 83 % ,均具有良好的速效和持效性。在山东青州以西葫芦为试验寄主 ,间乙威 1 2 5g(a i ) 667m2 、灭除威 1 5g(a i ) 667m2 、灭杀威 1 5g(a i ) 667m2 、间异丙威 1 5g(a i ) 667m2 对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫药后 3~ 7d校正防效均在 80 %左右 ,防效一般。在北京海淀以黄瓜为试验寄主 ,灭蚜威WP 2 0g(a i ) 667m2 对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫药后 3~ 1 1d校正防效为84 93 %~ 85 47%。以不同寄主 ,杀虫威 1 0g(a i ) 667m2 对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫药后 3~ 7d校正防效为85 %以上。丁硫克百威、速灭威、灭蚜威、扑蚜威、杀虫威均可以作为防治美洲斑潜蝇的有效药剂。
In Qingzhou City of Shandong Province,carbosulfan 10 g(a.i.)/667?m2,p-metolcarb 15?g(a.i.)/667?m2,metolcarb 12.5?g(a.i.)/667?m2,o-metolcarb 12.5?g(a.i.)/667?m2 showed larvicidal activity of 91.13%~91.14%,89.66%~91.66%,89.29%~91.36% and 87.82%~88.83% respectively in field trials on leaf-miner,Liriomyza sativae, on aubergine plants after 3~7 days.These substances were quick acting and had good residual performance.N-methyl-3-ethylphenyl carbamate 12.5?g(a.i.)/667?m2,macbal 15?g(a.i.)/667?m2,meobal 15?g(a.i.)/667?m2,hercules 15?g(a.i.)/667 m2 showed a control efficacy of 80% or so on pumpkin.The efficacy of p-metolcarb 20?g(a.i.)/667?m2 WP were 84.93%~85.47% on cucumber in Haidian district,Beijing.On different host plant,the adjusted mortality of β-carbaryl was over 85%.carbosulfan,p-metolcarb,metolcarb,o-metolcarb and β-carbaryl are effective pesticides for the control of L.sativae.
