茵陈当归汤治疗母儿血型不合的临床研究

A clinical study on the treatment of maternal fetal blood group incompatibility with rhubarb rhizome and Chinese angelica root decoction

目的 :探讨茵陈当归汤治疗孕妇母儿血型不合的临床疗效。方法 :将 16 2例母儿血型不合孕妇随机分为两组 ,A组 82例 ,给予茵陈当归汤治疗 ;B组 80例 ,给予传统的复方茵陈汤治疗。每 2～ 4周复查血清免疫抗体 Ig G效价 ,比较两组间疗效。结果 :A组总有效率高于 B组 ,但差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :茵陈当归汤治疗孕妇母儿血型不合的疗效与传统复方制剂相仿 ,但它有简单、易行、无不良反应的优点 。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapy efficiency using rhubarb rhizome and Chinese angelica root decoction to treat maternal fetal blood incompatibility Methods:162 pregnant women who suffered maternal fetal blood group incompatibility were divided into two groups(group A and B)randomly Those in group A were treated with rhubarb rhizome and Chinese angelica root decoction only,and in group B,traditional compound Chinese medicine were used Compared the efficient rate between the two groups Results:The efficient rate of group A was higher than that of group B,but there were no significantly means between them(P>0 05) Conclusion:Using signal rhubarb rhizome and Chinese angelica root decoctiom to treat maternal fetal blood group incompatbility was as efficient as the traditional method,and it had the advantages of simple,no side effects,thus it was suitable for pregnant women specially
