摘要
通过试验鉴定,初步明确了Ayawyusky、夏引1号等5个紫肉色品种的农艺性状、产量水平、食味品质、抗病性以及茎叶与块根的生长特点,认为Ayawyusky作为提取淀粉和紫色素用品种;夏引1号作为特色的优质食用品种。这些紫肉色品种的引进和利用,丰富了我省甘薯品种的种质类型,并提出开展选育紫肉色甘薯新品种,选择互补性较强的亲本品种来配制组合。
5 purple sweetpotato varieties were indentified for their agricultural characters,yield of fresh tuber,nutrition,desease resistence and the growth of the stem,leaf,and root tuber.The result showed that Ayawyusky was good for extracting starch and pigments,Xiaying I could be used as a high quality edible variety.The authors propose that to breed new purple sweetpotato varieties,parental varieties of strong mutual supplement should be selected for ideal combinations.
