摘要
从江西省一以产蛋下降、呼吸道症状为特征的蛋鸡群中分离到一株病毒,经血凝试验、干扰NDV、鸡胚发育试验等,证实该分离毒株为鸡传染性支气管炎病毒。
A strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from a hen with respiratory symptom in an egg-dropping group in Jiangxi Province. The isolated virus interferes NDV in chicken embryo, hinders chicken embryo growth, and agglutinates chicken red blood cells according to the trypsin test.
