摘要 目的 探讨急性脑血管病 (ACVD)应激性高血糖与血清胰岛素及神经功能缺损 (NFI)的关系。方法 采用双盲法检测发病 1周内ACVD病人空腹血糖 (FBG)和空腹胰岛素 (FINS) ,FBG升高者为高血糖组 ,FBG正常者为正常血糖组 ,每组各 10 0例 ,对照分析 2组之间入院时及 3周后NFI情况。结果 FBG与FINS、NFI之间呈正相关 ;FBG与NFI的恢复呈负相关。结论 ACVD应激性高血糖与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)有关 ;应激性高血糖加重NFI并影响其恢复。 Objective To study the relationship between irritating high blood glucose and serum insulin and nerve function imperfection(NFI) during ACVD. Method We used the“double-blind”to examine the fasting blood glucose(FBG)and the fasting serum insulin (FINS)of ACVD patients within their first week of illness.The patients with a raised FBG was the group of high blood glucose while the patients with a normal FBG was the normal group.We observed 100 cases of every group.To compare and analyze the respective NFI statistics when they were admitted into hospital and three weeks later.Result FBG and FINS,NFI were directly related,while FBG and the recovery of NFI were inversely related.Conclusion Irritating high blood glucose correlated with insulin resistance (IR);irritating high blood glucose aggravated NFI and affected its recovery.
