摘要
目的 :观察中药洁口液在糠尿病口腔护理中的作用。方法 :对 16 3例糖尿病合并有口腔病变的糖尿病人进行口腔护理。观察组 96例 ,用中药洁口液含漱 ;对照组 6 7例 ,用生理盐水含漱 ,用法均为每日晨起、三餐后及睡前各 1次。观察口腔局部症状 ,龈沟液厌氧菌培养变化情况。结果 :两组疗效比较 ,口腔局部症状改善情况、症状消失的平均天数、厌氧菌病例阴转率和抑菌率方面有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :用中药洁口液对糖尿病合并口腔病变患者进行口腔护理 ,可有效改善临床症状 。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiekou Liquid(JL) in the care of oral disease due to diabetes.Methods:163 cases of oral disease due to diabetes were observed 96 cases were treated with JL,and 67 cases treated with N.S were set up as the control JL or N.S was applied after getting up ,before sleeping and after every meal Local symptom of mouth,anaerobic culture of gingival sulcus fluid were observed.Results:In terms of therapeutic effects such as improving of local symptom,vanishing of the symptoms,negative rate of anaerobic culture and bacteriostatic rate,the differences between the two groups were notable(P<0 05～0 0001).Conclusion:JL had the effect of improve clinical symptoms of oral disease due to diabetes,thus to improve the living quality of patients.
