穴位注射夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Jiaji Point Injection on Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy

目的 观察穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法 对 4 3例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作丹参穴位注射颈夹脊穴治疗 ,治疗前后均做 TCD检查 ,并与常规治疗的对照组 4 0例进行比较。结果 治疗组总有效率为 90 .7% ,对照组总有效率为72 .5 % ,两组疗效比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,经 TCD检测两组治疗前后均有差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗组比对照组更能改善椎-基底动脉的血流状况 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 穴位注射夹脊穴能较好地改善椎动脉型颈椎病症状和椎 -基底动脉的血流状况 。

Purpose To observe the curative effect of jiaji point injection on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Method Forty three cases of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy were treated by jiaji point injection of salviae miltiorrhizae. TCD was performed before and after the treatment. The results were compared with those in a control group receiving routine treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.7% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups ( P<0.05 ). TCD examination showed a significant difference between pretreatment and posttreatment in both groups( P<0.05), but vertebrobasilar blood flow was improved better in the treatment group than in the control group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Jiaji point injection can better improve the symptoms of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy and the condition of vertebrobasilar blood flow. It is an effective method for treating vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.
