摘要
目的 探讨微波诊断食管癌的临床意义。方法 根据食管解剖位置和食管癌发病特点 ,应用 846型微波诊断仪对 67例患者及正常对照 46例进行微波检测。结果 病理检查诊断食管癌 2 1例 ,微波检测诊断阳性 17例 ,假阴性 4例 ,敏感性为81.0 %。正常对照组 46例 ,阴性 3 6例 ,假阳性 10例 ,阴性诊断率为 78.3 %。
Objective Based on the principle of bioelectronicmagnetism and the effect of microwave radiation on section tissues,the study aims to investigate the screening method for early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods According to the human anatomy and the epidemic features of esophageal cancer,67 outpatients were detected by using 846 microwave diagnosis instrument.Results In 21 cases of esophageal cancer who were histologically proved,the accuracy of 846 microwave diagnosis instrument was 17/21 with 4 false-negative results.The sensibility was 81.0%.In 46 normal controls,the accuracy was 36/46 with 10 false-positive cases.The specificity was 78.3%.Conclusion 846 microwave diagnosis instrument is an effective method for the screening and early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
