三期用药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Drugs for Three Stages

目的:观察三期用药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效。方法:对126例确认患者随机分为2组,治疗组66例根据中医辨证分为急性期,缓解期,恢复期,分别选用身痛逐瘀汤、独活寄生汤、金匮肾气丸治疗,配合腰椎牵引加针灸;对照组60例只用腰椎牵引加针灸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率87.9%,平均疗程25.1±2.75d,对照组总有效率66.7%%平均疗程33.6+3.91d,2组疗效经χ2检验,差异有显著性意义。结论:三期用药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗疗效满意,值得推广应用。

Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effects on treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with drugs in three stages.Method:To split the126cases of confirmed patients into2groups by random.In treating group,66cases were treated by combination of Shentong Zhuyi Decoction,Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Jinkui Shenqi Decoction with lumbar vertebrae extraction and acupuncture in acute stage,remission stage and restoration stage.Lumbar vertebrae extraction and acupuncture were used in the treating group.Result:The total effective rate was87.9%in the treating group.The average treating days was25.1±2.75days.The total effective rate in the control group was66.7%.The average treating days was33.6±3.91days.There was significant difference between the two groups by X2test.Conclusion:The treating effect was good in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with drugs in three stages.It was worth to publicize.
