综合治疗糖尿病足31例疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of comprehensive treatment on 31 cases of diabetic foot

目的 探讨综合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法 对 31例糖尿病足采用中西医、内外科相结合的综合治疗 ,总结其疗效 ,并对不同级别糖尿病足疗效进行分析。结果 31例糖尿病足经综合治疗后治愈率 35 .5 % ,总有效率 83.9% ,级别越低 ,治愈率、总有效率越高。结论 综合治疗疗效显著 ,对糖尿病足应做到早发现、早诊断。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment on diabetic foot.Methods 31 patients with diabetic foot were treated by comprehensive treatment including combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the combined treatment of internal medicine and surgery. The therapeutic effects on diabetic foot in varying degrees were analyzed.Results The cure rate and total effective rate were 35.5% and 83.9% respectively. The lower the pathological degree was, the higher the cure rate and total effective rate were.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment is effective in treating diabetic foot. It is quite important to find out, diagnose and treat diabetic foot early.
