可拆卸式PFM固定桥基牙牙周状况的评定分析

Assessment and analysis of periodontal condition for detachable PFM fixed bridges abutment teeth

目的 研究可拆卸式金属熔附烤瓷 (PFM)固定桥基牙牙周状况的改变。方法 对采用可拆卸式PFM固定桥修复的32颗基牙 (12个患者的 16例修复体 )进行牙周状况的评定 ,包括菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙龈指数 (GI)和龈沟出血指数 (GBI)以及咀嚼效能的测定。结果 戴用可拆卸式PFM固定桥的基牙在戴用 1年后牙周指数较初检增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,各时段 (1、3、6、9、12个月 )基牙近远缺隙侧牙周指数大于颊舌侧。修复后 (3个月、6个月 )咀嚼效能光吸度测定值 (OD值 )较修复前升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 可拆卸式PFM固定桥利于基牙牙周的健康且能较好地恢复咀嚼功能。

Objective To research about changes for the periodontal condition of detachable PFM(porcelain fused to metal) fixed bridges. Methods The periodontal situation of 32 abutment teeth(16 restorations of 12 patients) with detachable PFM fixed bridges was assessed. Results After one year wearing of detachable PFM fixed bridges, the periodontal index of abutment teeth rose (P<0.01). At different stages(after 1,3,6, 9 and 12 months),the periodontal index of abutment teeth at the mesial and distal edentulous sides was bigger than that of buccal and lingual sides. After being restoration (after 3 and 6 months), the measured values for OD of masticatory efficiency risen more than preprothodontic (P<0.01). Conclusion The detachable PFM fixed bridges can contribute to the healthy periodontal condition of abutment teeth and can better restore the masticatory efficiency.
