Objective To evaluate the electrocoagulation and the denudation of the of great saphenous veins and its effects. Methods Analyse the process and the effects of 21 cases teated with the electrocoagulation and the denudation of trunk of great saphenous veins. Results All recovered well. Conclusion The electrocoagulation and die denudation of the trunk of great saphous veins is a good safe minimal invasive operation method.
