瞬间牵引联合液压分离治疗腰椎间盘突出586例疗效观察

The Observation on Lumber Disc Herniation of 586 Patients Treated with In-stantaneous Traction Plus Hydraulic Pressure Separating

目的 观察瞬间牵引联合液压分离治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法 对586例腰椎间盘突出患者进行瞬间牵引配合液压分离术治疗。结果 痊愈418例,基本痊愈106例,显效62例,总有效率100％。结论 瞬间牵引配合液压分离治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效肯定,但瞬间牵引复位时按压的角度和力度必须与椎间盘突出的方向、程度相适宜。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of instantaneous traction plus hydraulic pressure separting on lumber disc hemia-tion. Methods 586 patients with lumber disc hemiation were treated with instantaneous traction plus hydraukk pressure sepa-tiong. Results The treatments resulted in complete recovery of 418 patients and elementary recovery of 106 ones,and showed effectiveness on the others. The tootal efficiency was 100%. Conclusion It is suggested that instantaneous traction plis hydraulic pressure separating be surely effective on lumber disc hemiation if doctors pay attention to the mapnipulation which need to be suitable for the direction and severity of lumber disc heniation.
