Diverse Tension Band Wiring Technique Treat Different Patellar Fractures with 87 Cases

目的 探讨张力带治疗各型髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 对87例各型髌骨骨折临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 横行骨折治愈率为94.1%,斜行骨折为82.4%;大块粉碎性骨折为75.0%,小块粉碎性为66.7％。结论 张力带技术治疗各型髌骨骨折,均可获得良好效果。

Objective To explore the tension band -wiring techique for the treatment of all types patellar fractures. Methods To ans-lyze the clinical materials of 87 cases with all types of patellar fractures, divers tension band wiring technique were used in all patients. Results 94.1% achieved excellent results in patients with transverse fractures,82.4% in oblique fractures,75.0% in comminuted fractures with larger fragments,66.7% in comminuted fractures with smaller fragments. Conclusion All types patellar fractures a-chieved good results by improved modified tension band wiring technique.
