目的 探讨产妇产后因乳头异常导致母乳喂养困难而使用的一种新方法。方法 对1999年—2002年因乳头异常致产后母乳喂养困难而使用硅胶奶嘴进行母乳喂养的58例产妇进行分析。结果 21例乳头凹陷、平坦,9例乳头过大直径超过2.5cm,28例乳头皲裂疼痛产妇使用硅胶奶嘴后均能成功地继续母乳喂养,不影响泌乳时间、泌乳量及吸吮次数,且新生儿未出现体质量减少超过10%的病理现象。结论 本方法具有操作简单、实用、经济等优点,可消除母亲及婴儿的焦虑情绪,有效预防因吸吮所致的乳头疼痛、皲裂,对乳头异常致母乳喂养困难者能成功地继续母乳喂养。

Objective To study a new method for the pueipeiaes who have difficulty in breast - feeding because of abnormal nipples. Methods From 1999 to 2002 58 patients used cilica gei nipples to help breast - feeding. Results Of the 58 cases, 21 presented with hollow and flat nipples, 9 with the big diameter which is over 2.5cm, 28 with chapped nipples, all of the 58 patients can breast feed successfully by cilica gel nipples, with no effect on secreting time, quantity and the times of jucking. Meanwhile no newborns lost their weight by 10%. Conclusion He treatment has the advantages of easy operation , practice and econnomy . It can dissolve the anxiety of the puerperaes and their babies , also using cilica gel nipples can prevent the patients from aching and chapping.
