肾综合征出血热早期临床诊断条件的研究

Study on Early Clinical Diagnosis of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome

目的 探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)早期临床诊断条件,以期及时治疗,降低病死率。方法 统计分析了398例HFRS住院患者发病初期的临床症状、体征、实验室检查结果,筛选出具有早期临床诊断意义的指标,并与血清学特异性诊断进行比较。结果 提出“三症状”、“三体征”、“三个化验指标”作为HFRS早期临床诊断指标。与血清学特异性诊断指标比较,其特异性为98.07％,准确性为98.11％。结论 “三症状”、“三体征”、“三个化验指标”对HFRS早期诊断具有准确性高、特异性强、简便易掌握的优点,可达到早期、准确诊断的目的。

Objective To discuss the early clinical diagnostic conditions of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) so as to treat it in time and decrease its mortality. Methods clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory examinations at early stage were sta-tisticaly analyzed on 398 patients with HFRS, and then diagnosticaly significant paramaters were sigcked up. The parameters were compared with those of specific serological test. Results The three symptoms, three signs and three laboratory findings were proposed to act as early clinically diagnostic parameters. Their specificity and accuracy were 98.07% and 98.41% respectively. Conclusion The three symptoms, three signs and three laboratory findings are diagnosticall significant at eally stage of HFRS, because of high accuracy and specificity. They can be used for the aim of early and accurate diagnosis.
