摘要
目的 :探讨测定花生不同部位中白藜芦醇含量的方法。 方法 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定花生的根、茎、花、果壳、种衣、叶、仁 7个部位中白藜芦醇的含量。 结果 :花生的根、茎、花、果壳、种衣 5个部位中含有白藜芦醇 ,其中花生根中含量最高。方法回收率为 98.7% ,RSD为 2 .39% ,花生叶、花生仁中不含白藜芦醇。 结论 :采用HPLC法测定花生中白藜芦醇的含量 ,方法简便 。
Objective: A method was established to determine the content of resveratrol in each part of peanut. Methods: Root, stem, flower, fruit and seed of peanut were analyzed by HPLC. Result: Resveratrol was detected from each part of peanut, among others; the root is more than others. The average recovery of determination was 98.7%, with RSD 2.39%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and accurate. It is suitable for determination of resveratrol in each part of peanut by HPLC.
