摘要 目的 :探讨应用分子吸附再循环系统 (MARS人工肝 )单次治疗肝衰竭的临床疗效。 方法 :对 17例次MARS人工肝治疗肝衰竭的疗效进行初步评价 ,并观察单次 6h的MARS人工肝治疗对肝功能的改善 ,并评价其治疗的安全性。 结果 :单次 6h的MARS人工肝治疗可明显降低患者血清总胆红素、间接胆红素和胆汁酸水平 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,肝功能、肾功能、电解质指标无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。 12例患者共行MARS人工肝治疗 17例次 ,治疗过程平稳 ,其中 11例好转 ,1例死亡。 结论:MARS人工肝是治疗肝功能衰竭患者安全。 Objective: To summarize the preliminary experience of a single treatment using molecular adsorbent recirculating system (MARS) in patients with acute and chronic liver failure. Methods: To review the effect of MARS in 17 treatments on 12 patients. Results: The levels of serum total bilirubin,conjugated bilirubin and blood bile acid were significantly decreased (P<0.05). No difference presented in the markers of liver function, serum protein, kidney function, electrolytes before and after the MARS treatment. 10 out of 12 patients had been improved, one case died. Conclusions: MARS is a safe and effective treatment for patients with liver failure.
