摘要
目的 :探讨人类微小病毒B19与小儿血液病的关系。 方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法 ,对 37例血液病患儿的血清标本进行B19 IgM和B19 IgG检测 ,并与对照组进行比较。 结果 :在 37例患儿血清标本中 ,原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)B19 IgM的阳性检出率为 4 4 4 7% ,再生障碍性贫血 (AA)B19 IgM阳性检出率为4 1 2 % ,与对照组相比 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,急性白血病 (AL)与对照组相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。ITP、AA的B19 IgG的阳性检出率与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :人类微小病毒B19感染与ITP。
Objective: To explore the relationship between the human parvovirus B19 infection and pediatric hematological diseases. Methods: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed to detect the B19 IgM and B19 IgG in the serum of 37 cases of children, comparing with control groups. Results: The positive rate of B19 IgM in ITP was the highest, AA was the second comparing with control groups B19 IgM positive rate of AA, ITP had significant difference, P value were 0.039, 0.04 respectively, But there no difference in AL, P value was 0.597. B19 IgG had no difference, because the number of sample of hemophilia were few, statistics was not used. Conclusion: Human parvovirus B19 infection has relation to ITP and AA.
