经鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻出血106例报告

Under nasal edoscope with mircrowave treatment of epistaxis

探讨鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻出血的应用价值及适应证。方法 :回顾分析 10 6例非外伤性鼻出血患者鼻内窥镜下微波治疗的临床资料。结果 :随访 6月～ 2年 ,治愈 10 0例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 96 2 %。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻出血 ,诊断明确、治疗方便、治愈率高 。

Objective To invesigate the indication for treatment of epistaxis under nasal edoscope with mircrowave.Method The review is analysed non trauma bleeding sufferers of nose 106 cases is geted off the clinical datum that under nasal edoscope was treated with miceowave.Result In 106 cases followed up six months to two years,100 cases were cured,2 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective,The effectiverate was 96.2%.Conclusion under nasal edoscope with microwave treatment of epistaxis is an excellent method to treat epistaxis,It is convenient to treat and worthy to be recommented.
