耳针与体针治疗花粉症疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of auricular acupuncture and body acupuncture on hay fever

目的:对比耳针与体针治疗花粉症的疗效。方法:体针组取印堂、迎香、合谷、太阳、太冲等穴位加辨证取穴;耳针组取内鼻、外鼻、眼、肾上腺、肝、脾、肺等穴位加毫针点刺放血。结果:体针组与耳针组在临床控制率及总有效率上基本一致,取得疗效时间上体针组显著短于耳针组。结论:体针治疗花粉症比耳针起效快,且对于痰热夹瘀型花粉症患者体针效果好于耳针,而对于肺脾气虚型耳针效果明显优于体针。

Objective To compare therapeutic effects of auricular acupuncture and body acupuncture on hay fever. Methods In the body acupuncture group Yintang (EX-HN 3), Yingxiang (LI 20), Hegu (LI 4), Taiyang (EX-HN 5), Taichong (LR 3) plus acupoints selected based on syndrome differentiation were punctured; in the auricular acupuncture group, auricular points internal nose, external nose, eye, adrenal gland, liver, spleen, lung were needled with bricking blood therapy. Results The clinical controlling rate and the total effective rate in the both groups were basically same, but the time for the therapeutic effect in the body acupuncture group was shorter than that in the auricular acupuncture group. Conclusion The body acupuncture has more rapid effect on hay fever, and the therapeutic effect of body acupunctre for the patients of hay fever with coexistence of phlem-heat and stasis syndrome is better as compared with the auricular acupuncture, but for the patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency the auricular acupuncture is better than that of body acupuncture.
