络脉叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathies by tapping collaterals with skin needles

目的 :观察络脉叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :将患者随机分为基础治疗组 (Ⅰ组 )、基础治疗加体针组 (Ⅱ组 )、基础治疗加络脉叩刺组 (Ⅲ组 ) 3组。结果 :Ⅲ组有效率为 87 80 % ,Ⅱ组有效率 76 47% ,Ⅰ组有效率 1 7 86% ;Ⅲ组治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度有明显改善 ,但对红细胞压积没有影响。结论 :络脉叩刺加VitB1、VitB12 对糖尿病周围神经病变有比较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tapping collaterals with skin needles and influence on hemorheologic indexes in the patient of diabetic peripheral neuropathies. Methods The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The group Ⅰ were treated by basical treatment, the group Ⅱ were treated by basical treatment plus body acupuncture, and the group Ⅲ were treated by basical treatment plus tapping collaterals. Results The effective rate was 87 80% in the group Ⅲ, 76 47% in the group Ⅱ and 17 86% in the group Ⅰ; after treatment, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity improved significantly, but hematocrit did not change in the group Ⅲ. Conclusion Tapping colla terals plus VitB 1 and VitB 12 have a better therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathies.
