多功能温灸器治疗痹症的临床观察

Clinical observation on multifunctional warming moxibustion apparatus for treatment of arthralgia syndrome

目的 :观察多功能温灸器治疗痹症的临床疗效。方法 :运用多功能温灸器治疗为治疗组 ,并与温针灸组比较。结果 :温灸器组与温针灸组疗效相比 ,组间差异经统计学分析有极显著性意义 (P<0 0 1) ,提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :多功能温灸器除可替代传统温针灸外 ,还有磁疗、按摩作用 ,且操作方便、安全 ,易于掌握。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of multifunctional warming moxibustion apparatus for treatment of arthralgia syndrome. Methods Multifunctional warming moxibustion apparatus was used for treatment of the arthralgia aggravated by cold, migratory arthralgia and damp arthralgia as treatment group and warming-needle moxibustion was used as control group. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The multifunctional warming moxibustion apparatus can replace traditional warming-needle moxibustion and functions magnet therapy and massage, with convenient manipulation and safety, and it is easily to be learnt.
