胰岛素泵的临床应用

The clinical use of the insulin pump therapy.

目的:观察胰岛素泵快速降低糖尿病患者血糖的临床疗效。方法:应用H-TRONplusV 100胰岛素泵(CS Ⅱ),对42例高血糖患者进行治疗,并对患者每天监测7次血糖。结果:全部患者高血糖症状在48小时内得到控制,均达正常水平,且无1例低血糖现象发生,且胰岛素用量较用泵前减少23％～50％。结论:应用CSⅡ可有效控制高血糖,减少低血糖的发生率,可用于初发2型糖尿病、酮症酸中毒及高血糖待手术的患者。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of insulin pump therapy on diabetes mellitus. Methods:By using insulin pump(H - TRON plus V100) ,42 patients with diabetes mellitus were monitored of glucose 7 times per day(before and after three meals and bedtime). Results: All patients glucose level was decreased to normal level within 48 hours. None of them occurred hypoglycemia during the insulin pump therapy. Amounts of insulin required decreased by 23% ~ 50% after insulin pump therapy.Conclusions:Insulin pump therapy is a save and effective approach for maintaining glycemic control, particularly in preoperative patients and those patients with high insulin requirements whose glycemic targets are not being achieved.
