摘要代尔卡(1)为感冒对症治疗药片剂,其有效成分为对乙酰氨基酚和盐酸伪麻黄碱.采用高效液相色谱法同时测定代尔卡中对乙酰氨基酚和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量.其方法简便,二者线性关系均良好,为含量测定确定了分析条件.
