近几年随着经济发展和对外开放程度的增加,图书版权贸易行业发展迅速,竞争更加激烈。该文首先运用波特模型对我国图书版权贸易行业进行了考察和分析,得出了图书版权贸易行业竞争的一些主要结论。并在此基础上提出了高校出版社在图书版权贸易发展新形势下的应对策略。

With the development of economics and the deepening of openingup policy, the industry of book copyright trade increases rapidly, and the competition becomes more intensely. This article focuses on the Porter Model to investigate and analyze the industry of book copyright trade in our country, and draws some useful conclusions on the competition of this industry. Based on these conclusions, we bring about the strategies of college publishing houses under the new circumstance of the development of book copyright trade.
