A embedding model of corporate political strategy

国内外学术界在研究企业战略时一般是把经济战略和政治战略单独研究,这不利于指导企业管理人员进行整体决策。该文作者试图把政治战略整合到经济战略中去,同时提出一种"四阶段"整合模型,为企业决策层进行整体战略提供一套基本思路。

The academies at home and abroad study the economic strategy and political strategy separately when they are studying the enterprise strategy which are not in favor of instructing the business managers to make decisions integrally .In this paper the author attempts to integrate the political strategy into the economic strategy and submit a kind of 'Four stages' integrating model at the same time. This provides the personal of enterprise decisionmaking with a set of basic thought.
