摘要 造成我国市场经营主体信用缺失的原因不仅是道德范畴的问题,而且涉及经济转型、政治体制改革、法制建设和传统文化缺陷等深层次的问题。因此,解决我国目前市场经营主体信用缺失的问题要在建立符合社会主义市场经济的道德规范并坚持长期不懈的道德教化的同时,通过加快经济和政治体制改革步伐、加大法制建设力度、强化信用监控机制建设等,多管齐下,标本兼治,进行综合治理,方能取得显著的效果。 Lacking the trustworthiness not only is the problem of the moral category, but also involves the profound problems of the economic transformation, the reform of the political setup, the development of the legal system and the defect of the traditional culture, etc. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of our current corpus of marketoriented economy, moral standard conforming to the socialist marketoriented economy should be set up and moral civilization should be insisted on over a long period of time. Meanwhile, through speeding the reforming steps of the economic and political system, strengthening the development of the legal system and enhancer the construction of the mechanism of supervising credit, etc. Do them in many ways simultaneously, treat them by looking into both their root cause and symptoms and proceed the synthetic management, then the remarkable result can be obtained.
