摘要
本研究应用了近年来新兴的经皮磁刺激技术,将自行研制的低频磁信息发生装置用于动物实验,以探索外界低频脉冲磁场对机体睡眠节律电活动影响的情况.实验结果表明,低频脉冲磁场能够耦合进入动物脑内,调节其睡眠节律电活动,促进入眠,并在一定程度上改善睡眠质量。该研究成果将为失眠症的治疗提供一种新的手段.
This research applied the technique of transcranial magnetic stimulation, using a low-frequency pulsed magnetic field generator for animal experiments, to study whether an external low-frequency pulsed magnetic field could influence the activity of sleep rhythm potentials. The results proved that low-frequency pulsed magnetic field could be coupled into the animals' brains, regulating the activity of sleep rhythm potentials, accelerating the process of falling asleep, and improving the quality of the sleep to some extent as well. The results may also provide a new therapeutic method for the treating of insomnia.
