摘要
我国民营企业正在实施转型。为了说明问题,本文设计了一个小案例,具体说明了我国民营企业发展历程中所遇到的管理障碍,并对其实质和原因进行分析,最后提出了实现顺利转型的若干对策思路。
In our country , the private enterprises are changing its pattern. In order to explain the problems, a small case is designed in this paper, so that we can explain the managerial obstacles of private enterprises during their developing in our country . We also analyze the essence and the reason of the problems. In the end , we propose some countermeasures about the managerial obstacles.
