随着零售业竞争的加剧,零售商越来越注重顾客资产的建立,能否建立起长久而庞大的顾客资产,关键在于其顾客满意度的高低。该文将就如何提高零售商的顾客满意度作一些粗浅的探讨。
With intensity of competition in retail trade, retailer pay more and more attention to customer assets. The key that retailer whether or not can build a long and huge customer assets depends on customer satisfaction of retailer. This paper will simply probe how improve customer satisfaction of retailer.
