摘要  激素免疫中和技术(又称激素免疫)是基于激素的内分泌机制,利用激素免疫动物,人为改变动物体内激素正常代谢水平,以达到提高动物生产性能的目的。目前该项技术已在动物生产上显示出很大的潜力,它在提高饲料利用率、促进动物生长、改善产品品质、提高动物繁殖力和应用于免疫去势等多方面显示出优势。作者主要综述了激素免疫的作用机理、在畜牧生产上的应用以及影响激素免疫效果的因素等研究内容。 Based on the endogenous mechanisms of hormone, hormone immunoneutralization (HIN) can change artificially the levels of hormones in animals and attain to improve the animals'productions by hormones immunizing animals. At present, HIN has shown great potential in improving the productions of animals. It has apparent advantages in increasing feed efficiency, improving the growth of animals and traits of productions, enhancing animals'fertility, application in the immunocastration of males, and so on. This review mainly summarized the mechanisms of HIN, its applications in the animal productions, and factors affecting the effects of HIN.
