金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药现状及耐药机制 被引量:5

摘要 万古霉素是治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)的首选药物,然而金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药情况却与日俱增,引起医学界的普遍关注。本文就金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药现状及耐药机制进行综述。
