摘要
目的 考察微泵给药时输液器对尼莫地平注射液的吸附作用 ,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 模拟临床给药方式 ,分别取给药后 0 ,2 5 ,6 0 ,90 ,12 0 ,180 ,2 4 0 ,30 0 ,36 0 ,4 80 ,6 0 0min时输出的尼莫地平注射液 ,用RP HPLC法测定尼莫地平浓度 ,计算吸附率。结果 药物浓度 6 0min时最低至 119.0mg·L-1,90min时升至 178.1mg·L-1,后渐趋平稳。吸附率在 6 0min时高达 4 0 % ,90min后降到 11% ,然后缓慢降低。结论 由于吸附作用的存在 ,临床维持给予尼莫地平时 ,应避免使用微泵。
OBJECTIVE To study the absorption of nimodipine parenteral solution by infusion set in intravenous administration via micro pump. METHOD Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the concentrations of nomodipine at 0,25,60,90,120,180,240,300,360,480,600min via micro pump.RESULTS Obvious varieties of nimodipine concentration and adsorption were found. CONCLUSION Due to the absorption, micro pump should not be used in intravenous administration of nimodipine.
