摘要
目的 研究DL (± ) 苯甘氨酸的不对称转换拆分新方法。方法 DL (± ) 苯甘氨酸 (DL PG)在苯甲醛催化下 ,以d 樟脑磺酸 (d CS)为拆分剂 ,以醋酸为溶剂 ,进行不对称转换拆分得D ( - ) 苯甘氨酸 d 樟脑磺酸盐 [D ( - ) PG·d CS],再经氨水中和得D ( - ) 苯甘氨酸 (D ( - ) PG)。结果 拆分收率 95 .39% ,中和收率 92 .1% ,总收率为 87.85 %。结论 该法简便易行 ,收率较高 。
OBJECTIVE New method for the resolution of DL (±) phenylglycine ( DL PG) was studied by asymmetric transformation. METHOD An asymmetric transformation of DL PG was carried via formation of a salt with d camphorsulfonic acid ( d CS) in acetic acid using a catalyst such as benzaldehyde and obtained D (-) phenylglycine d camphorsulfonate ( D (-) PG· d CS) by resolution. D (-) PG was prepared by neutralization with ammonia water. RESULTS The yield was about resolution in 95.39%, neutralization in 92.1% and overall 87.85%.CONCLUSION The method was simple, high yield and provided with applicable foreground on industrialization.
