抗消化性溃疡药物的临床应用及其治疗新进展

The clinical application of antipeptie ulcer drugs and its new progress in the treatment

目的 介绍抗消化性溃疡药物的临床应用及其治疗新进展。方法 根据国内外的文献资料 ,进行整理归纳。结果 抗消化性溃疡药物从抗酸药到最新的质子泵抑制剂 ,从单一用药到联合用药 ,使消化性溃疡的治愈率大大提高、复发率显著降低 ,同时也使某些难治性溃疡得以根治。结论 抗消化性溃疡药物及其联合用药 。

OBJECTIVE To introduce the clinical application of antipeptie ulcer drugs and its new progress in the treatment. METHOD To settle and get conclusion according to the relevant domestic and international literature.RESULTS Antipeptie ulcer drugs, from the antiacids drugs to the latest proton pump inhibitors(PPI),from single drug usage to combination drug usage , have increased the cure rate of peptie ulcer greatly and have reduced the recurance rate remarkably ,while some sorts of ulcer, which is hard to heal previously ,have achieved a radical cure. CONCLUSION Antipeptie ulcer drugs and its combination drug usage, will be of greater use in the field of peptie ulcer cure and preventing from recurrence.
