摘要
目的 :评价釉基质蛋白 (enamelmatrixproteins ,EMPs)在治疗犬的人工Ⅱ度根分叉区组织缺损中的作用。方法 :选取 7条健康雄性杂种犬制备下颌前磨牙区人工Ⅱ度根分叉区组织缺损模型 ,分为对照组、引导膜组及EMPs加引导膜组 ,分期取材做组织学和电镜观察。结果 :与对照组相比 ,引导膜———膨体聚四氟乙烯 (expandedpolytetrafluoroethylene ,e -PTFE)膜组和e-PTFE膜加EMPs组均可显著促进根分叉区牙周组织的再生 ,且两者之间没有显著性差异 ;而e -PTFE膜加EMPs组还可促进无细胞性牙骨质的再生。结论 :EMPs在治疗人工Ⅱ度根分叉区牙周组织缺损中有显著促进再生的作用 ,而且可促进无细胞性牙骨质的形成。
AIM:To evaluate the effects of EMPs in the treatment of degree Ⅱ artificial furcation defects of dogs.METHODS:The degree Ⅱ furcation defects on the premolars were created surgically in 7 male mongrel dogs. The defects were divided into 3 equal groups (control, e-PTFE, EMPs+e-PTFE). The results were examined histologically 1 month and 3 months later and the membranes were removed and observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) 6 weeks later.RESULTS:Compared with the controlled group, the two experimental groups have been filled with more newly formed periodontal tissues and the amount of the new tissues between them had no statistical difference. However, in EMPs+e-PTFE membrane group there are regenerated acellular cementum.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that EMPs can significantly promote periondontal tissue regeneration in treatment of degree Ⅱ furcation defects, and can especially promote the regeneration of acellular cementum. [
