MCP-1在大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中的实验研究

摘要 目的 了解视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中不同时期单核细胞趋化蛋白 (MPC- 1)的表达 ,探讨其在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法 对大鼠建立结扎颈总动脉的视网膜缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,以免疫组织化学法(SABC法 )检测视网膜组织中的 MCP- 1的表达状态。结果 在缺血再灌注损伤 1小时 ,未见 MCP- 1的表达 ,在缺血再灌注 6小时 ,MCP- 1开始表达 ,至第 2 4小时表达最强 ,第 48小时开始减弱 ,但第 72小时仍有表达。结论 MCO- 1在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中发挥着重要作用。 Objective To study the effect of MCP-1 in rat's retina ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods To built the rat's retina ischemia-1 in retina.Results There has no MCP-1 expressed in retina after ischemia-reperfusion injury four one hour.MCP-1 began to express in retina after six hours of ischemia-reperfusion injury.And express most after twenty four hours of ischemia-reperfusion injury.Then it began to decrease,but it still express in retina after seventy two hours after ischemia-reperfusion injury.Conclusion MCP-1 take important role in rat's retina ischemia-reperfusion injury.
