摘要
将CB-HRP注入大鼠胃壁,电镜下证实迷走神经背核(DMV)内支配胃的副交感节前神经元可分为超微结构不同的大、中、小三型细胞。在DMV内,胃副交感节前神经元(PPNS)存在着轴-树、轴-体突触及嵴突触联系,PPNS树突还分别与孤束核神经元的树突和轴突以及最后区神经元的轴突存在着纤维联系。同时证实了PPNS可通过最后区窦状隙与脑脊液接触。本文还对最后区的超微结构作了描述。
Parasympathetic preganglionic neurons innervating the stomach (PPNS) in dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) could be divided into three neuronal types of large, medium-sized and small cells with different ultrastructure under electron microscope after CB-HRP was injected into the wall of the rat stomach. There were axodendritic, dendrodendritic synapses and crest synapses on the PPNS within the DMV. The dendrites of the PPNS:could make connections with the axons and dendrites of nucleus of solitary tract and axons of area postrema (AP). It was also confirmed that PPNS could contact CSF through the sinusoidal space of AP. Besides the ultrastructure of the AP was elucidated in this paper.
