子宫内膜胰岛素样生长因子系统的基因表达 被引量：3

摘要 体内外实验证实,子宫内膜中存在胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)系统的基因表达。其中,IGFs的基因表达除具有细胞特异性外,还呈现周期性变化的特点,IGFs受体的胞浆侧端具有内在的酪氨酸激酶活性,而胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBPs)游离型与结合型的相互转化又推测与子宫内膜的恶性转变及肿瘤的演进有关。三者的异常表达及异常的相互作用都可能参与子宫内膜增生性病变乃至内膜癌的发生发展过程。
